Sebastian Dobrincu is a Romanian-born software engineer, tech entrepreneur, and investor. He is recognized as the youngest investor/judge in the global Shark Tank franchise, joining Shark Tank Romania (Imperiul Leilor) at age 23.

Sebastian began coding in childhood and worked professionally as a teenager. His early engineering work brought him to Apple and Facebook headquarters, including meetings with senior leadership such as Tim Cook and Mark Zuckerberg.

At 17, he moved to New York and founded Storyheap, a social media analytics and management platform adopted by enterprise brands and high-profile creators. He was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe (2019) list.
