In 2012, Dan Isai started Salad Box, a unique and innovative food concept that ever since has turned into the most successful Romanian brand in HoReCa field. From a small restaurant in Cluj, Salad Box has grew into an international network covering 3 continents. Every month is marked by a new opening, from Barcelona, to Paris and New York to the most recent one in Rotterdam. Salad Box success inspired Dan Isai to extend his vision and currently his portfolio includes 7 different food concepts, among them Narcoffee, a coffee shop network that made its international debut at the beginning of this year, Pep & Pepper and Donuteria. His experience as an entrepreneur is also applied in other fields like real estate, IT or production. Dan Isai has become a point of reference for all Romanian entrepreneurs in terms of continuous innovation of brands and international franchise.
