Robert has an interesting history with both Microsoft and Avanade technologies, with a hands-on experience in designing system processes, recruiting teams, and running multi-tiered, partially outsourced IT operations.

He was responsible for the original design and architecture of Microsoft’s secure Internet Transaction environments, as well as the evolution of their localization environment, and the design of Avanade’s combined Corpnet/ Extranet/ Internet environment.

Robert is also a highly experienced project manager, with a strong background in both Infrastructure and Systems Development project management, including managing large (40+), geographically distributed project teams. He had a major contribution to the development of the first Client/ Server application at JP Morgan, and the second Internet-based application at Microsoft.

His other specialties include leadership, vision, acumen and the ability to consolidate strong multicultural teams.
