Ashley Carroll is a Partner at Social Capital where she is focuses on early stage venture investments. She currently serves on the boards of mParticle, a multi-channel customer data platform for marketers, mPharma, a pharmacy benefits manager for sub-Saharan Africa, and Sempre Health, a US-based individualized healthcare pricing platform that improves medical adherence and affordability. She also leads the Capital-as-a-Service initiative.

Prior to joining Social Capital, Ashley held product management leadership roles at DocuSign, Optimizely, and SurveyMonkey, joining each as an early employee and playing an integral role in their respective hyper-growth phases. She had also been an active advisor within the startup community, helping entrepreneurs wrap business models around core technology and navigate seed and series A financing rounds.
