Refund Policy

If a refund is required, please send a request to tickets@techsylvania.co specifying:

  • your name
  • contact information
  • reason for refund.

No refunds will be granted:

  • within 30 days before the event
  • if one of the speakers cancels due to last minute urgencies, as we consider the entire experience of the event is not dependant on one person alone.
